About

Publishing a research paper is a rigorous process and demands meticulous efforts from the Faculty members. To support the faculty in this regard, the PSG Management established the PSG Publication Support Cell in 2021, under the aegis of PSG CARE. The Publication Support Cell of PSG CARE will help the researchers by providing necessary feedback on the publication readiness of the manuscripts and also recommend journals suitable for publication. Faculty members and Research Scholars may register with the Cell for any help to publish their research papers.

Professor Incharge

Professor Dr.J.Baskaran has a Masters in Power System Engineering from Annamalai University. He completed his B.E in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Madras University and obtained his Doctoral Degree in the Faculty of Electrical Engineering from Anna University, Chennai in the year 2009. Dr. Baskaran is presently a Professor, at the Department of Electrical & Electronic Engineering, PSG iTech. He has more than 24 years of academic experience in various engineering colleges, which includes TRA at Anna University from the year 2002 to 2006. He has successfully guided 12 Ph.D. scholars and is presently guiding 4 research scholars. With more than 100 publications in International and National Journals, Dr. Baskaran has also organized IEEE-sponsored international conferences on Computation of Power Energy Information and Communication (ICCPEIC) from 2012-19.
He is a life member of the Institution of Engineers (India) and a member of IEEE since 2011.
